We have the three winners of the promotion “the three most voted ideas”, which are the three ideas with more positive votes from December 4th to the 20th.
These are the winning ideas:
The first place is for idea nº 6660, title: “Option of free and automatic itinerary in the subway ticket vending machines” The author is the ideator enchodebacon, from Madrid, Spain, with a total of 67 positive votes. His idea proposes “Install in the subway ticket vending machines a free option called itinerary that automatically gives the user the best option to go from one station to the other, taking into account transfers, number of stations, time between stations (there could be less stations, that take more time, because the travelling time between them is longer), state of the subway lines… ”
The second place is for idea nº 6898 title: “Free virtual education for poor rural areas (Update #1)” The author is the ideator camjim, from Bogotá, Colombia, with a total of 61 positive votes.
This idea is based on “bringing excellent virtual education to rural populations where there is no traditional education or it is inadequate. We could all be the teachers: students, professors, workers that would donate a weekly class to elaborate the educational content (multimedia) that would help to teach children and the young that have no access to traditional education”.
And in the third place, idea nº 7435 title: “Save waiting time at hospitals emergency room”. The author is the ideator coriscow, from Madrid, Spain, with a total of 41 positive votes. The idea proposes “creating a service where people could call at the exact moment they decide to go to the hospital. This service would directly manage the admission register of the hospital where the patient is going to go, and would inform the hospital of the symptoms he declares. This service could even recommend another hospital with a shorter waiting list, an optimal itinerary to get there, or call a taxi for the patient. This way the patient could save a half an hour or more of waiting time, while achieving less crowded emergency rooms at hospitals.”
