Here is an excellent idea for the visually impaired, that would be very helpful in their everyday lives, since a credit card has become almost indispensable for many transactions.

By making it readable only in Braille, this credit card is far safer and more difficult to copy or read by strangers. If necessary, someone unfamiliar with Braille can also activate a small audio mechanism included in the card, so that the card details can be heard out loud.

For one hour, from 20:30 to 21:30, many of us around the world will use this small gesture to light up awareness for sustainable ideas.

How many people need to use a walking stick to carry out their everyday activities? Elderly people, people who are convalescent or recovering from an accident or injury, etc… So an idea like the one we bring today is simply brilliant: Balance Stick.

The end of the stick has a semi-circular design that gives it a balancing movement and keeps it from falling, allowing it to stand on its own. This is very useful, as it frees both hands of the user at any time, without having to worry about picking up the stick if it falls.

After learning about SeaKettle, you will no longer mind being lost at sea. If you were, you could stay calm in the knowledge that you will have drinking water and a roof over your head. The key to the concept is a desalination cone that can produce around 3 liters of drinking water a day, using only sea water and sunlight, something you will have enough of in such a situation. This amount of water would be enough to keep 5 persons alive.

The process works by pumping seawater into a reserve on the top of the lifeboat, covered by Goretex fabric, from which water evaporates. Evaporated water stays on top, free of salt, and then condenses into the four pockets attached around the lifeboat, where the drinkable, desalinated water is stored.
